After having had a great morning in the Tijuana Estuary, we paid a quick but fruitful outing to the Famosa Slough, a part of the San Diego Wetlands Preserve.  It was blazingly hot there at lunchtime as we set off along the side of the water…

Being easily accessible, this small wetland area was quite a nice visit. And you can park right next to it
