Sunbirds in my Singapore neighbourhood

Wanted to try out Lightroom Classic so went out to shoot a few birds in my neighbourhood…..

taken a few weeks ago in my garden, our national bird, the rather wet crimson sunbird is resplendent with his blue crown and moustaches!

Female sunbirds are very similar…but this is the female brown throated sunbird ..note the shorter less curved beak and the red eye
